Owner & Executive Chef

Jacob McHugh

Jacob McHugh has a long history in the food industry. He received a degree in Restaurant and Culinary Management from Central Texas College under the tutelage of Chef Ramona Lezo.  He spent 10 years as a baker at the Kempner Brick Oven. 


Over the last three years, he has gained an insight in the food distribution system working for one of the largest bakery distribution companies in the country.  He has a passion for health and wellness and decided to start All Prep'd Up to channel passion, experience and knowledge to make a difference in the community.  He lives in Copperas Cove with his wife Amanda and their son Torin.
